As climate change continues to challenge economies, communities, and ecosystems worldwide, and as part of our continued commitment to environmental and climate sustainability, Fransabank registered a 5% reduction in CO₂ emissions from our Headquarters operations in 2024 compared to 2023.
In recognition of our transparency and compliance, Fransabank submitted its 2024 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report in accordance with Decision 99/1-2013, and received a Certificate of Acknowledgment from both the Ministry of Environment and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) – Lebanon.
This achievement is a key part of Fransabank’s environmental strategy, which aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13: Climate Action, along with other related SDGs.
We remain fully committed to addressing climate risks, fostering sustainable practices, and supporting both national and global climate goals.
