How to Receive Money on your mobile number?

  • Log in to your Fransabank Mobile Banking App.
  • Click on the bar Menu and go to “Transfers through Visa” 
  • Select “Link mobile number to Visa+”
  • Select  your Fresh Visa card you want to receive payment on 
  • Your card is now linked to your mobile number 

Receive money on your Visa Card from any person who uses the Visa+ service without giving your card credentials

How to Send Money on a mobile number?

  • Log in to your Fransabank Mobile Banking App.
  • Click on “Send Money to Mobile” feature in the menu.
  • Select your USD Fresh Account that you want to send money from
  • Select recipient mobile number from your contact list
  • Send Money in the currency of your recipient’s Visa Card without entering his card details (the person should be enrolled in Visa+)

With Fransabank mobile app you can also use Visa Direct feature and send money directly to any Visa card holder inside Lebanon or abroad by entering his card number. No need to visit a branch or a money transfer agent, use Transfer through Visa feature from your phone 24/7.

Eligibility

To transfer through Visa or to use Visa+ service, you must:

  • Hold a Fresh USD account at Fransabank.
  • Be enrolled in Fransabank Mobile App.
  • Hold a Fransabank Fresh Visa card to receive funds.

Fees and Charges

  • Inside Lebanon : Sending Money : 0.5% (minimum USD 1) - Receiving Money : Free of Charge
  • Outside Lebanon : Sending Money : 1 percent (Minimum USD 1) - Receiving Money : Free of Charge

Countries and Limits

Send Money inside Lebanon or to any of the listed countries below, as per the indicated monthly limit per country:

  • Limit USD 2,500 per month (6 countries): Lebanon, Cameroon, Iraq, Philippines, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
  • Limit USD 3,000 per month (22 countries): Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Cote d’Ivoire, Cyprus, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Netherlands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom.
