Special Offer on Fransabank Housing Loan in USD Apply for a Fransabank Housing Loan to get back up to 100% of your registration fees if plot value doesn’t exceed USD250,000 and up to 50% of your registration fees if plot value is above USD250,000.​  
 
What do you get?

  • Minimum Loan amount: 30,000 US$
  • Maximum Loan amount: 500,000 US$
  • Interest rate: 
    USD:  indexed to the BRR (Beirut Reference Rate) - 0.5 with a minimum of 6.75% ​​
  • Financed amount: up to 75% of the apartment's value
  • Repayment period: from 10 years to 30 years for residents.                          From 10 to 20 years for expatriates
  • No grace period
  • File fees: 0.5% of loan amount (min C/V of LBP 250,000 and max C/V of LBP 2,250,000)
  • Offer valid until end of August 2018
​​N.B.: 
  • The offer will be applicable to all eligible clients who have applied for the loan between March 15th and July 31st, 2018
  • To benefit from this campaign, loan can’t be settled before 10 years
  • In order to benefit from the full 100% of the registration fees, the loan must be for a period of minimum 25 years and the financing must be equal to 75% of plot value and apartment price below USD 250,000
  • For apartment price above USD 250,000 the refund on the registration fees will be up to 50% of these fees according to the banks conditions
  • Typical APR*: 7.489% (Terms & Conditions Apply)​
  • The plot registration fees will be considered as equal to 6.5% of the Mortgage Value​​​​

* APR describes the annual percentage rate applied on the loan which includes, other than the monthly payments, all mandatory fees that clients must pay such as the file fees, stamp fees, life insurance fees, cost of the mortgage and release mortgage fees.
* APR calculation excludes the fire insurance fees, the late payment fees and the early settlement fees.
 
 
 
How does it work?
To qualify for Fransabank Housing Loan:
  • You should be of a Lebanese nationality
  • You should be maximum 64 years old at loan maturity
  • Your minimum monthly income should be US$ 1,000
  • You should be an employee for the same company or profession for a minimum of 2 years

How can you repay your loan?
  • Through monthly installments that can reach up to 33% of your monthly income 

What are the guarantees needed?
  • First degree mortgage of the apartment
  • Life insurance covering applicant up to loan amount
  • Fire insurance on the apartment up the appraised value

  • Authenticated salary certificate

  • Balance sheet for the last 2 years
